01 · ContentCurrent CAM practice

The original VLL training script was fully migrated and updated for current CAM interview best practices and policy by the H&A Education Team.

02 · ProductionExact, controlled delivery

AI enabled production at scale without surrendering the script, casting, voice, scene, shot, or EVM terminology to chance.

03 · ReviewHuman in the loop

H&A educators performed the final detailed quality review, keeping domain judgment with the people responsible for the training.

The visual brief translated CAM review work into a credible, modern meeting environment.
Scene staging

A recognizable review room, not a generic AI backdrop.

The course was staged around the way CAM review preparation actually feels: a collaborative cross-table conversation, supported by modern audiovisual displays and EVM material that belongs in the room.

  • Modern, credible work environment
  • Collaborative participant seating and camera coverage
  • Refreshed EVM image assets throughout the course
  • Controlled acronym pronunciation and EVM usage keys
Production controls

Generative AI changed the economics. Production discipline protected the course.

This was not a prompt-and-publish exercise. It was a controlled video production system designed for accuracy, consistency, maintainability, and expert approval.

01 · Source material

Modernize the source

The legacy training foundation was retained where it mattered, then brought forward with current practice, policy, terminology, and a complete EVM visual refresh.

02 · Production control

Hold the chain of custody

Casting, voice, script, scene, and camera-shot selections were tracked as production decisions. Final assembly followed a traditional digital video workflow.

03 · Expert review

Review for domain accuracy

The finished course was checked against the approved script and current policy by H&A educators, with human judgment as the final quality gate.

AI for EVM

Make specialized training easier to update—without making it generic.

Generative AI makes a different training operating model possible: preserve expert-authored content, refresh visuals and policy faster, tailor the course to the audience, and keep domain experts in control of the final result.
