Shiori is a notebook for capturing ideas and thinking them through. Start with a quick thought, a question or a piece of research, and develop it at your own pace. Shiori brings AI into the place where an idea is being developed: the note itself. Writing, research and conversation stay together, while you decide what becomes part of the page.
What it does
- Notes in ordinary Markdown, so your work stays portable.
- AI in the note. Type
//and a request to ask the AI service you choose, and keep only what you want. - Your devices, in sync. Notes sync, encrypted, directly between the Mac and Android devices you enroll, with no KUON.ai server in between.
- Google Calendar. Connect your calendar to ask about your schedule, find a free time, and add or update appointments from a note. Shiori shows each change and writes it only after you confirm.
Google Calendar and your data
Shiori reads the calendar you select only to answer the requests you make, and never deletes events. Your Google sign-in stays on your device. When you make a calendar request, the calendar information needed to answer it is sent to the AI service you selected. KUON.ai does not receive your Google data.
